Auto Butt Fusion & Debeaders

Our range of Auto Butt Fusion machines have been developed and designed for use on gas and water pressure polyethylene pipes and are capable of jointing pipes from 63mm to 315mm. Products supplied are from industry leading manufacturers, including Fusion Group and McElroy. Our range offers the next generation chassis with quick release clamps for faster set up time between welds, lightweight trimmers and heaters, and full automation of all functions. You can also hire from our range of simple yet effective internal and external Debeaders, designed to remove the outer beat formed by the Butt Fusion process. Available to hire from our national network of depots, our high performance products are designed to support distribution networks to achieve a high-quality result.
