IRATA Level 2 Rope Access Technician

For the more experienced Rope Access Technician who holds current Level 1 certification and has a minimum of 1,000 logged hours over a 12-month period.  Passing your Level 2 can enhance employment opportunities as you will be considered a more advanced technician.

The Level 2 course covers a wide range of technical rigging methods and a variety of skills.  There is greater emphasis on theory and knowledge, although the course remains primarily practical.

Delegates must be 18 years and over, and all delegates must be able to certify they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them from working at height prior to the commencement of training.

Delegates must hold an IRATA Level 1 certificate with 1000 hours logged as a Level 1 over a 12-month period.

Successful delegates will receive an IRATA Certificate and ID card valid for 3 years.
