Test flanges are used to isolate sections of the pipeline for pressure testing.

Our flanges are PN16 rated, allowing for a 24 Bar Maximum working pressure, and come with a2” ball valve and a male fire hydrant connection, which are used to fill and pressurise the pipeline, as well as vent air. Flange adapters are used to slide over the end of exposed pipelines to allow the connection of a flange. We have two ranges of flange adapters, one for polyethylene and one for ductile iron. These items are self-gripping but, in every instance, we recommend bracing to ensure no movement whilst under test.
